When we got there at about 8. We finally managed to get inside and the staff stared at us as though what are we doing there We finally managed to figure out how to get the cereal, just the usual kelloggs cereals, although it said kids under 12 get a free cereal, we still were charged the full amount, and then she did not know how to reverse the charge, so I just asked for a free coffee.
So we ended up getting 4 bowls of glyphosate cereal, with toppings and milk, and it cost usd We stayed for a little while after, not much else to do there, kind of a very wasteful use of space, they could do so much more. We definitely not revisiting this space again, also it makes such a negative statement about Kelloggs as a company. I have seen this place a few times every time I have been to NY but never got the chance to try it.
On my most recent trip we were in Union Sq so decided to give it a try. I was slightly underwhelmed if I am honest - I imagined walking into a place covered wall to wall with cereals but it wasn't like that. There was only a small station with a selection of cereals, you then customised your bowl with different milk and toppings.
There was a ping pong table in the back that some kids were using which was a nice touch, I think they have that every day and kids eat free or cheaper check though as I may be wrong!
It wasn't too busy which was nice. The decor is really cool so that is worth seeing but I wouldn't go back now I have been there. What a cute place! They say it's not a pop up location should be here a while.
Great for adults to reminisce about your youth. Great to come in to take a break from walking around New York and or grab a bite. Lots of You can choose between several varieties of cereals and kinds of milk without lactose as well.

The person at the casher was not helpful at all when we didn't understand how it worked, kept telling us to read the step-thing again.
