Sales manager was honest enough about the vehicle and deals. No time wasted and no BS. Christopher Hung, contacted me. Hung kept in contact. On Sunday I emailed him with a few requests before our scheduled Monday meeting. Sadly, very early Monday, Mr. Hung contacted me the SUV was sold Sunday. The jeep was advertised at 39,, so we came in to buy with cash - but they began trying to push us into their financing so they could make more money and then lied and said the advertised price was only for financing.
Cash price was 44k plus fees and taxes. Total scam. Nowhere in the ad did it say that. They made it up. So we walked. Horrible experience, did not care for my business. Manager lied about car having a recall. Ultimately bought somewhere else. Listen to the reviews they are there for a reason. I drove 2 hours to get here and everyone was very helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything, I made that decision on my own.
It was awesome, I bought my car listed above. Would highly recommend. Great experience. Why when I buy the car I have to buy the security system? A great experience with good people. They did their best to help and make my dream come true.
Good communications rather problem, Listing as described, Arrived on site but the dealership wasn't quite prepared for us they couldn't locate the vehicle we had an appointment for.
So I found it myself. Overall good people with great products available can't go wrong with Toyota. Floor representatives should Polish up their game. Absolutely love my vehicle! My experience at this dealership was rather good. No pressure to buy; always a plus especially when you are shopping around. They were not giving me their best price for the car, until I had another deal on the table from another dealership.

Wasted half a day for nothing. They gave me incorrect information on phone and when I arrive to make a deal they just said that online agent probably hadn't correct information and facts are different. I set an appointment to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. As I was pulling up to the dealership for my appointment, they called and told me that they no longer have the vehicle.
This was a 4hr trip, so I was quite disappointed that they wasted my time. Sold before I was able to visit. Dealer still emailed wanting me to come look at it even after cargurus reported it sold.
