Tang new york restaurant

The texture kind of reminds me of a noodle. The Drunk Noodles were better than expected. Tons of flavor and the piles of scallion aka green onions add a nice bit of freshness and slight crunch to the dish. The beef shank is super tender you barely notice you're chewing Noodles are perfectly cooked. So good. The space is small with two larger tables for groups, 2 smaller tables for 2 maybe 3 people and a small counter with bar stools. Order and pay at the register, grab a seat, and pour yourself some water.

Glass bottles are on every table. Staff is friendly. Definitely worth a visit. A perfect place to have a casual meal with friends. Dishes are very creative and well balanced; noodles has a strong favor and tastes nothing like other ramen or noodle bar near east village. Not all Chinese restaurants are greasy and coma inducing, The Tang is a prime example.

With a small menu, their dishes are all crafted with incredible amount of care. I would recommend going for the short rib, drunk noodle and mala beef noodles.
