Underpaid and overworked. Pros Discount. Cons Short breaks, underpaid. Was this review helpful? Report Share. Worked here for about 6 months before i quit.

Management was amazing. They were very flexible with my schedule as well and very understanding. The coworkers were great as well.

The bad part of the job was the hours. Pros Flexible scheduling, great environment, awesome management. Cons Inconsistent scheduling. The job is typical retail work. The employees here act like kids who are still in school. I didn't feel comfortable here or like I was part of the crew even though during the interview I was told "we're like family". I don't reccommend working here unless you still have a high school mentality. Pros Easy job, discount. Cons Immature coworkers.

Tillys is great place to work at, with a good environment, not a difficult job to learn, and a overall great place to grow.

A few of the cons is the low pay, which means most of the sales associates are minors , and that can be difficult to deal with sometimes. I wish there was more opportunity for better raises, and a few more benefits. Overall, i really enjoy working there and the management team is great! Pros Great management. Cons Low pay. Working at the Farmington Utah location has been nothing but stress. The management will go to other employees and talk about you behind your back and punish you for not being able to cover others shifts as a student.

I have worked overtime to help and asked to step up to train new employees yet there is no loyalty. Cons Drama, negative environment. I meet cool people the workers and customers you an express yourself with clothes your wear the job is not difficult at all great place to learn customer communication skills. Pros Management is nice. Fun place to work, worked with a lot of amazing people but store management is not the greatest. Pros fun environment, employee discount, good length shifts.

Cons unorganized. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Very boring place to work management was horrible. Overall this work experience made me not want to work in retail. Pros Good breaks. Cons Short hours unfair management boring. An average retail job. Our dinner went like this: What would you like to drink? I was never asked how my appetizer was or my entree. I will never go back because of the service. My experience at Tilli's was ok. When i first walked in what caught my attention was the bar in front, the awesome music the live dj was spinning, and the decore.

The food was decent, but not great. I had the spicy catfish. It was dried instead of flakey. I guess i excepted a little more from the food since it looked like a nice restaurant. The atmosphere was def cool, but they food wasn't. I moved to Chicago about 6 months ago and I have yet to find a restaurant that I love! That was until I went to Tilli's this past Saturday. We went on a Saturday night, party of 5, no reservation.

We were seated after a few minutes at the bar. The place was packed and definitely has an excellent babe factor. Service was good. Fun Fun Fun! I've been to Tilli's quite a few times, but mainly more so for the atmosphere than the food. The salads are good but the menu is such a wide variety of food types, it sometimes makes it hard to choose.

Drinks are good. Be sure to know A very comfortable restaurant and very good service complement a menu that's part thai, part bar-b-que, and part soulfood.

A bit of everthing is how I would describe the menu I wasn't a huge fan of the Spinich and Artichoke dip, but the calimari was great, the onion soup was terrific, and the menu's suggestion of mac and cheese was just right for the bar-b-que chicken.

A really good meal all around. Tilly's atomsphere is great. Set in , Monsters wrings much of its humor from deliciously dorky references to the early days of the Internet and mid-'90s TV. As consummate in-crowder Agnes Katherine Banks discovers the inner and ended life of high-school outsider Tilly Jessica London-Shields via rolls of the dice, Scott Weinstein's production mines genuine emotion amid the swords-and-sorcery goofiness.

Although Nguyen drops the ball on a couple of tangential subplots, extraordinarily accomplished design elements make this a geeky must-see. Stage and Cinema - Recommended. But this is a show about embracing nerd culture, not mocking it. Set in a small Ohio town in , the show starts with decidedly average Agnes losing her parents and little sister in a car accident.

ChicagoCritic - Not Recommended. There was no particularly effective performances to anchor this sprawling incoherent show. This show proves that, indeed, more can be way too much. When a show depends on wild action to cover an implausible story with unsympathetic characters, it grains on our patience. I couldn't wait until this show ended!
