I appreciate the open communication from leadership and that they place a high value on the culture. The company is family owned and they consider their employees as an extension of the family. Cheerful and reliable work environment. Overall, I loved working at Washington Shoe Company! There was great office morale and everyone was very friendly! The office was organized and it was always clear on what my job was. Most importantly I felt that the upper management genuinely cared about its workers.
All in all, a great workplace with great people, somewhere you can be happy. I would definitely recommend working here! Designer in Kent, WA 5. I've been with the company for over 3yrs. The company has been growing at a rapid pace, while still small enough that everyone can have an impact. Management is very transparent, something I find refreshing. Every quarter the management team updates the entire company on the recent results and where we are heading.
