They cannot keep employees at the shipping dock, if you go in as a order filler you are likely to end up on the shipping dock because everyone walked out.

Shipping is back breaking because you HAVE to go fast and bend from line to floor, there is no way to ergonomically move product at that speed. They have NO pallet stands to relieve any strain.
