The pay is good for what I am doing, but the lack of communication from management is very frustrating. It feels like I never fully understand what I should be doing. Furthermore, I did not get to choose my own tech stack so I ended up with one that I do not see myself using after my time at Infosys is up.
It's a great place to work and for most of the freshers it's a dream company. And I feel good about it. Pros Fun work. Cons Couldnot think of any. Very busy and little time to rest between shifts. Hard to work if you have family. Because it's a world wide company USA holidays are not recognized so you are required to work most holidays. They are forcing you to get vaccinated for covid in order to keep your job or you will be voluntarily resigned.
