I worked here for 15 years, but they were relocating to Indiana, and I couldn't afford to move my family. I also have a lot of family that moved to this area of Illinois, so we could be close to each other. Pros Pay, and a lot of paid vacation timie. Cons Lots of hours don't allow for much of a social life.

Management cannot stay focused on task; regularly changes priorities mid-stream which can be extremely difficult to manage production and inventory requirements.

Tooling Maintenance. Mold Technician - TN. Mold Technician - Bloomington. Utility - Greencastle. Utility - IA. Relaxed fast paced workplace with great pay. Production on molded caps where you are the mold tech and quality control. You work 4 days one week and 3 the next with every other weekend off. The work schedule took a while to get used to but overall a wonderful place to work and an excellent team to be part of.

Cons management. Yes There are 7 helpful reviews 7 No. This was a Union job which made the pay exceptional and the work environment great. They moved their facility to Indiana and to stay working with them I would have to move my whole family and Iwasn't ready for that. The place has potential to be an awesome job.

Its clean, the pay is good, insurance is great but the way they treat employees is sad. Their turnover rate is high. They fire people left and right over things they really shouldn't. People make mistakes. They say they have no room for that. They don't care if you have family and they expect you to drop everything if they need you. The management has no common sense how to run the plant I was in. I'm not sure if corporate knows but maybe they just don't care. They fired a person every month for a year.
