Great place to work. Overall pretty solid place. This was a great place to work, except for certain management that failed to properly vet their employees and ensure that they were qualified to perform their duties. Because of this there seems to be many areas high risk ending in a potential revenue loss and a high-costof correcting.

Some employees were taking longer breaks then allowed essentially stealing from the company and falsifying documents but when brought up to their attention it was disregarded and no action took place. Great company but,This company did offer advancement opportunities. A typical day includes handling screening for federal applicants. It was a very diverse atmosphere. The most challenging part was working very hard with no opportunity for advancement in position.

The most enjoyable part was meeting lots of new people during the screening process. Technical knowledge of both lingo and systems on board Carriers. Typing skills must be superb. Pros Work from home. Cons No leadership, contract work. I did not enjoy working at Phoenix, but the salary was quite good. My only reason for staying with the company as long as I did was due to the decent salary. Cons Strange culture. Abusive and unhealthy work environment.

CEO created a culture fueled by fear. Poor management and unclear strategy for future goals of the company. Not a wise choice for employment and should be avoided for consideration. The office in New Providence is bright and new, offering cubes and offices of a nice size. The employees care about doing a great job. There are some good perks to working here.
